McFarlane Toys first-ever stadium giveaway figure was available at the Houston Rockets/Dallas Mavericks game on Wednesday, April 14th, 2004. This special 3-inch Yao Ming figure in the team's red uniform features the same sculpt as the retail 3-inch figure, but in special event packaging. The figure's base is also customized from the original just for the giveaway and is presented by Toyota.
