COLLECTOR'S CLUB UNDERGOING MAJOR UPGRADE
Will Focus More On Unique Exclusive Figures
June 22, 2001
The McFarlane Toys Collector's Club is undergoing several changes that all current Club members and future members need to be aware of.
We're in the process of moving the Club from Michigan to the existing Tempe, Arizona, office to help consolidate and centralize our operations. This operation involves moving people, toys, computer servers and the like.
What does this mean for Club members? Well, it signals a fundamental upgrade in approach with the MTCC. From now on, the Club will concentrate on producing exclusive figures, products and new repaints for members.
As far as the mechanics of the Club, ordering will still be the same: Web, fax, mail or phone, though those numbers and address will likely change. We'll provide that information as soon as it's available. For 2001, we have reluctantly had to forgo the second-quarter flyer due to the logistics of the move. The good news is, the two remaining flyers for the year will be jam-packed full of new goodies. In more good news, ALL current Club members have had their memberships extended for six additional months.
The Collector's Club message board on spawn.com will still be active to answer questions, run contests and tease you with hints about upcoming exclusives. You may notice a delay in shipping of current orders and we may have to stop taking orders for a short period while the changeover takes place. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Look for the new and improved Club flyer (including a certain accessory pack everyone's excited about) in August.
